Unused Privacy Checks

If you bought a package of Privacy Checks and haven't used any of them yet, email support@deltasquad.net within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you.

Partially used packages

If you've already used some checks from a package, we can refund the unused portion — we'll reclaim any remaining, unused checks from your balance and refund the corresponding amount. Checks already spent to analyze a file are non-refundable, since that check already delivered the service (the scan, the findings, and any copies it produced).

How a crypto refund works

Because payments are made in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, we handle refunds case by case — depending on the currency and network used, we'll either reverse the payment through NOWPayments or arrange another way to return the eligible amount. We'll confirm the method with you when you request one.

Not eligible for a refund

• Checks already used to analyze content.
• Any balance on an account terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
• Requests made more than 90 days after purchase.

How to request one

Email support@deltasquad.net with your account email and, if you have it, the order number from your Account page. We'll get back to you within a few business days.
